Meet the team

  • Sara Brady

    Sara has 35 years’ professional experience in the assistance dog world of dog training, behaviour, and welfare working with Guide Dogs, Guide Dogs Toulouse and Dogs for Good (formerly Dogs for the Disabled). Sara has great knowledge and experience in assessing and training dogs in sound assistance dog work, obedience, social behaviour and working with the recipient throughout the life of the dog, providing training and support to ensure safe and effective working partnerships. In her career at Dogs for Good her role was to manage and support the day-to-day operations of the Instructor team including recruitment, training and development. Sara has also been involved in various doggy pursuits or voluntary rescue work, such as; agility, obedience, trick training, rescue and re-homing. Sara’s past experience gives her the ability to assist you in developing your skills and knowledge in assessing a dog’s character and behaviours, and then how to implement the correct handling techniques.

  • Paul Ahern

    Paul joined the team in 2021 to set up the franchise side of the business along with Sara. Paul has a 35-year career in sales and marketing, focusing on customer service and has spent the last 15 years establishing, recruiting, developing and mentoring a national network of distributors. Paul has vast experience in setting up and supporting fledgling businesses and his extensive knowledge can help, support and guide new businesses through the challenges of day to day operations.

Earnings

What you can earn out of Canine Company Franchise is, in the final analysis, up to you: how hard you work,
and how gifted you are. It’s no different to anything else. But you’ll be surprised at how the numbers can stack up.

Year 1 = £25,000 – £35,000
Year 2 = £35,000 – £55,000
Year 3 = £60,000+

Earnings are dependent on what services you offer, how many hours a day you work and location in the UK.
